Effective October 30, 2026
Stern & Dragoset Appraisal Group runs AppraisalNJ.com. This policy explains what information the website collects and how we use it.
Information you send us When you use our quote form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, the type of appraisal and any property details you enter. We use this to answer your request and provide our services. The form sends your request to our office by email, saves a copy in the website's private system, and sends you an automatic confirmation.
If you email or call us, we receive the information you share.
Information collected automatically Our web host keeps standard server records, such as IP addresses, the pages requested and the date and time. The quote form also uses your IP address for a short time to limit spam.
Google Analytics We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site, how they find it and which pages they read. It uses cookies and similar technology to collect information such as pages viewed, device and browser type and general location. Google processes this information for us under its own terms and privacy policy. We use it to see how the site is doing, not to identify individual visitors.
You can learn more at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can opt out with Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Other services The site loads fonts from Google, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them. Our website is hosted by Hostinger.
How we share information We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site and our business, as needed to provide an appraisal you request, or when the law requires it.
Appraisal reports and client files are handled separately from this website, under our engagement terms and professional obligations.
Your choices You can set your browser to block or delete cookies. To ask about or correct information you sent us, contact us using the details below.
Children This site is for adults and is not directed to children.
Changes We may update this policy and will post the new version on this page.
