What the credentials mean
New Jersey's State Board of Real Estate Appraisers certifies appraisers who have met its education and experience requirements and passed the Board-approved exam.
- SCGREA (State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser) covers all types of real property, including commercial and industrial.
- SCRREA (State Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser) covers one-to-four family residential property.
